The Beach House sleeps up to 8. The Beach Cottage sleeps 4 — plus a baby if needed — and is best suited to two adults with children. Together, the two houses next door to each other sleep 12.

In the Beach House, all four bedrooms and the living room look out over the sea. The Beach Cottage sits at the same beach entrance and has sea views from its south-facing terrace.

Yes. The Beach House (8 guests) and Beach Cottage (4 guests) are next door to each other and can be booked together for 12 guests. Ideal for three generations: dinner together, and each family its own house. The calendars show live whether both houses are available.

Yes, families are very welcome in both houses. A cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath and stair gates are ready and waiting, and there are toys for every age: Lego, Duplo, Kapla, puzzles, picture books, games such as 30 Seconds, Catan, Rummikub and Uno, and a beach cart full of outdoor toys. In the Beach Cottage both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 10:00.

We rent per weekend (Friday–Monday), midweek (Monday–Friday) or week. Arrival and departure are on Monday or Friday. Arriving earlier or leaving later is often possible by arrangement; the price is per period.

Not at all — that is entirely up to you. A weekend with us runs from Friday to Monday, and the price takes into account that many guests head home on Sunday. The nice part: there is no 10:00 check-out on Sunday — enjoy the beach all day and leave whenever suits you. We often see part of the group leave on Sunday evening because of work the next day, while the rest stays until Monday morning. Anything goes.

You book online on our site, with live availability. After booking you receive a confirmation email with the payment details. The 30% deposit is due within a week of booking, the balance no later than six weeks before arrival. Book directly online

Bed linen and towels can be added for € 12.50 per person and will be waiting in the bedrooms on arrival. Please bring your own bedding for the cot.

Yes, free. Beach House: 2 private parking spaces plus 1 street parking permit. Beach Cottage: 1 private space plus 1 parking permit. The Beach House also has its own EV charging point.

Yes. The Beach House has its own charging point at the door — unique in the centre of Egmond aan Zee. Charge your electric car while you are on the beach. Guests of the Beach Cottage will find public chargers nearby.

Beach House: a Jura bean-to-cup machine, fresh beans provided. Beach Cottage: Nespresso, with welcome capsules to get you started. Boiling water for tea comes straight from the Quooker in both houses.

Yes. The Beach House has a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), the Beach Cottage a gas fireplace. Wonderful after an autumn storm on the beach or a winter walk through the dunes.
